Welcome to galantevenice.com. By using our website and completing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We invite you to carefully read this document to understand your rights and obligations as a customer. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined below, please refrain from using our website.

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Website": galantevenice.com, the online platform through which our products are offered.
  • "Products": Breeches for men, women, and children, available in standard or customized versions.
  • "Customer": Any individual or legal entity who accesses the website or makes a purchase.
  • "We" or "Galante Venice": The entity that owns and operates the website galantevenice.com.
  • "PG srl": Owner of the GALANTE VENICE brand.

2. Purpose of the Contract

This contract governs the sale of breeches for men, women, and children through the website galantevenice.com.

  • The breeches are available in two versions:
    • Standard breeches (48h delivery): Ready for immediate shipment if in stock.
    • Customized breeches (Customize): Made-to-measure based on the specifications provided by the customer.
  • Standard breeches can also be created through the website’s configurator if not available in the 48h delivery section. In this case, customers can only select the pant color, the number of waistband buttons, and the type of grip. The product is considered standard and subject to normal return policies.
  • By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Breeches may not be purchased for resale purposes without our prior written authorization.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can only be placed through the website.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • Bank transfer
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation. Specifically:
    • Standard breeches will only be shipped after payment is received.
    • Production of customized breeches will only begin after payment confirmation.
  • Any payment data errors provided by the customer that cause order processing delays will not be attributable to Galante Venice.
  • The customer will receive an order confirmation via email once the purchase process is complete.
  • Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable. Any customs duties or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Time and Methods

  • Standard breeches (48h delivery):
    • Shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation if in stock.
    • If not in stock and created via the configurator, the average production time is 60 days from payment confirmation.
    • Delivery time: 1-3 business days in Italy, 5-7 business days in Europe, and 7-15 business days outside of Europe.
  • Customized breeches (Customize):
    • Production time: average of 60 days from payment confirmation.
    • Delivery time: 1-3 business days in Italy, 5-7 business days in Europe, and 7-15 business days outside of Europe.
  • Shipping costs:
    • Shipping is free for all orders placed on the website within the European Community. For the rest of the world, the shipping cost is €50.
  • In case of delivery delays due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), the customer will be promptly informed. However, we are not responsible for delays attributable to couriers or other factors beyond our control.
  • The breeches will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. Any errors in the delivery address provided will not be attributable to Galante Venice.

5. Customized breeches and Configurator

  • Breeches ordered through the configurator are fully customized and exclusively produced for the customer.
  • The estimated delivery time indicated in the order is not binding and may vary due to:
    • Processing difficulties.
    • Material, accessory, or fabric supply issues.
    • Receipt of defective materials or non-compliant deliveries from suppliers.
    • High demand periods or over-orders.
    • Force majeure causes.
  • In case of significant delays, before starting production, we will notify the customer via email with an estimated delay. The customer can choose to:
    • Receive a full refund.
    • Proceed with the order, accepting the delay.
  • Customized breeches cannot be returned or refunded, except for delays exclusively attributable to PG srl - Galante Venice, as described above.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized breeches.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

  • Right of withdrawal:
    • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the standard breeches, without providing any reason.
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to the email address info@galantevenice.com, indicating the order number and breeches details.
    • The breeches must be returned:
      • In their original condition, without signs of use.
      • With the original label and packaging.
    • Once the breeches are received and their suitability verified, the refund will be issued within 10 working days.
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized breeches.
    • No additional costs are incurred for returns.
  • Return Policy:
    • Standard breeches:
      • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receiving the breeches.
      • To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service at the email address info@galantevenice.com, providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue (if applicable).
      • The breeches must be returned:
        • In their original condition, without signs of use.
        • With the original label and packaging.
      • Once the breeches are received and the return's suitability verified, the refund will be issued within 10 working days.
      • Standard breeches created using the configurator, selecting only the pant color, waist button quantity, and grip type, are considered standard and can be returned.
      • No additional costs are incurred for returns.
    • Customized breeches:
      • Returns are not allowed, as these are made-to-measure according to the customer's specifications. Therefore, we recommend carefully verifying all measurements and preferences when placing the order.
  • Size Exchanges or Replacements:
    • Not available for any type of breeches.

7. Vouchers and Promotions

  • During events and competitions, vouchers with a 10% discount may be distributed.
  • For every 10 purchases made with the same voucher, the voucher holder will receive a free pair of breeches. Once the threshold is reached, the count will be reset and start over automatically.
  • Vouchers are subject to the following conditions:
    • Valid only for purchases made on the website galantevenice.com.
    • Not combinable with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
    • Vouchers cannot be converted into cash.
    • Vouchers do not expire.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, designs, and graphic materials, is the exclusive property of Galante Venice or its licensors.

  • Any unauthorized use, including downloading, reproduction, or distribution, is strictly prohibited and legally enforceable.
  • Customers are not authorized to use the trademark or other distinctive elements of PG srl - Galante Venice without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • PG srl - Galante Venice is not liable for:
    • Delays or non-delivery due to force majeure.
    • Damages or losses resulting from improper use of purchased products.
    • Any errors or omissions on the website.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchase.
  • The website may contain links to third-party websites. PG srl - Galante Venice is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately. We encourage customers to regularly check this section for updates.

  • Orders placed before any changes will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your privacy is important to us. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the site, you consent to the processing of your personal data as specified in the privacy policy.
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties except when necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., couriers).

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • This contract is governed by Italian law.
  • Any disputes regarding the Terms and Conditions or purchases made through the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of PG srl - Galante Venice.
